The Northern Circuit 360º is designed to cover the broader Tanzania Northern Safari Circuit. Including the Lake Natron, Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and the vast Serengeti. Suitable through out the year, it also goes in quest of the great migration be it in Ndutu or Northern Serengeti. July – October is most ideal to witness the River crossings at Mara river.
This package is ideal for travellers who have time and want to experience it all. Accommodation is in the best Luxury Lodges and Tented Camps making the whole experience comfortable whilst still adventurous.
Beginning with Arusha National Park, this little gem is surrounded with mountains, valleys, lakes, and small plains clothed in green, it has a wonderful feeling of peace and solitude. Mount Meru which is the second highest peak in Tanzania next after Kilimanjaro is located here and offers amazing hiking experiences for hikers.
Proceeding to the Tarangire National Park a birder’s paradise and its varied landscape and massive baobabs provide stunning backdrops to pictures.
Going further to the Ngorongoro Crater, an intact volcanic crater that holds more than 25,000 animals, surely a must-see and providing the best chance to spot the characteristic black rhino.
After three days of game drives one will have a memorable active easy hiking day, truly in un touched nature, the Empakaai Crater hike is an amazing experience often unknown by many tourists. It is common to have this experience all to yourself without any tourists around.
Serengeti National Park awaits, we will transverse the Ngorongoro Conservation area with en route game drives. Experience the vastness and the animals in their natural habitat, the sounds of the nocturnal animals while lying in bed at night, surely enriching with unforgettable memories.
Carrying on to Lake Natron which lays below Ol Doinyo Lengai, a soaring active volcano in the Rift Valley and which is the most important breeding ground for lesser flamingo’s in the World.
Ending the spectacular safari in Lake Manyara National Park, with its incredible biodiversity making this park a home to many mammals. And where you have a chance to see the rare tree-climbing lions.

Day 2: Arusha National Park
Your epic safari adventure awaits for you. . Depart for Arusha National Park with packed lunch, approximately 1.0 hour drive from your accommodation.
After your guide clears with the permits proceed with game drives. Lunch will be served at a pristine site in the park. Later we will exit the park and return to Arumeru Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Optional: 1.0 -2.0 Hrs Walking Safari, 2 Hrs Canoeing
- Activity: 1-2 Hrs Walking safari Arusha National Park, Game drives.
- Overnight at Arumeru Lodge.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park from Arusha with packed lunch, approximately 2 hours from Arusha to Tarangire National Park.
After your guide clears with the permits you will be introduced to an armed ranger ready to begin your walking safari in the amazing Tarangire national park (1.5-2 hours), return to your vehicle and later proceed with game drives. Exit the park later in the late afternoon and drive to Maramboi Tented Lodge for dinner and overnight.
This Tented Lodge is located in a pristine area overlooking the Great Rift Valley escarpment and Lake Manyara, resident animals roam around camp and offers an amazing experience.
- Activity: Walking Safari for 1.5-2 hours, Game drives.

Day 4: The Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed lunch, approximately 2 Hrs. After clearance with the permits venture into the conservation area and descend down the world’s largest unbroken crater for extensive game drives, later in the afternoon ascend for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 5: Empakaai Crater Walk
After an easy breakfast we will drive towards the Empakaai crater which lies. It is time to break the vehicle based safari and stretch our legs. After arrival on the crater rim we will hike down with our day packs filled with packed lunch and water to explore the base of this amazing crater, a 30-45 minute hike down through thick mountainous forest with an armed ranger and your guide. There is superb birding on the crater floor and a chance to see other wildlife such as Buffalo. Ascend the crater and drive back to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Note: A reasonable level of fitness and sturdy shoes and day pack required.

- Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
Day 6: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park with packed lunch, approximately 4 hour drive to Serengeti National park.
Arrive Naabi hill gate in Serengeti, thereafter your guide will clear out with the permits. Proceed with en route game drives to the heart of Serengeti, Seronera renowned for its abundance of resident wildlife. Continue with game drives until later in the late afternoon depart for dinner and overnight at Lahia Tented Lodge.
This tented lodge is located at the top of a hill overlooking Central Serengeti, offering you a unique 360º panoramic view of the landscape, with views towards Western Serengeti. While relaxing in the room you can observe the Great Migration spectacle.
Optional: Olduvai Gorge Tour.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast venture into the Serengeti wilderness with packed lunch for full day game drives. Your guide will find a pristine location for lunch and proceed with game drives until later in the late afternoon depart to camp for dinner and overnight.
Optional Extras: Balloon Safari 05.30Am – 09.30Am, 1 Hr Balloon flight at dawn over the Serengeti Plains and bush breakfast, thereafter proceed with game drives.

Day 8: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast venture into the Serengeti wilderness with packed heading to the Northern Serengeti for game drives. Afternoon game drives along the Crocodile infested Mara River. Later in the afternoon depart to camp for dinner and overnight.

- Overnight at Ole Serai Luxry Camp – Kogatende Northern Serengeti.
Day 9: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast venture into the Serengeti wilderness with packed lunch for full day game drives, inquest of the great migration during the July – October. Your guide will find a pristine location for lunch and proceed with game drives until later in the late afternoon depart to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Serengeti – Lake Natron
After an early breakfast depart the Northern Serengeti en route game drives to Lake Natron with packed lunch, a long day of driving adventure approximately 8 Hrs. You will be treated to a well-earned shower and dinner after an adventurous day. Overnight and dinner at Lake Natron Camp. A unique, ecological camp set in a visually dramatic location, with a 360° view of the striking landscape that surrounds Lake Nation Camp.

Day 13: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park approximately 30 minute drive with packed lunch, upon clearance with the permits your guide will drive you through the forest of this pristine park for extensive game drives. Continue with game drives along the lake and exit the park. Your guide will transfer you JRO/ Arusha airport or drop-off In Arusha/Moshi.
